The Dribble Portraits, 2014
 
The Dribble Portraits investigate the physical and psychological experiences of pregnancy and motherhood. The sculptures were conceived of and created while in my early experiences of motherhood. During this period, I was working on my own process of balancing my new role as mother with my other roles in life. I felt strength and stability in one moment and then completely upside down in the next. The experience was beautiful, uncomfortable and fulfilling all at once.
 
The Dribble Portraits were included in the 59th Premio Faenza at the Museo Internationalle della Ceramiche in Faenza, Italy.
