Our Garden Here, 2023
Our Garden Here is a body of recent work that explores the space and forms of the garden. These pieces are inspired by flowers from my garden and that I find in the world around me. I am interested in the garden as a space for growth, renewl and transformation.
The work from this series has been included in the 2023 Terrain Biennial. It has also been included in Fruit at the Arrowhead gallery at Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, IL. Sculptures from this series were part of a special project space at the Other Art Fair in Chicago, IL.
